RagnaBet Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of RagnaBet.org (“RagnaBet”, “the Site”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, depositing funds or playing any game on the Site, the player (“you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before using the Site.

1. Eligibility

3. Verification (KYC)

RagnaBet is required by licensing regulations to verify the identity of its players. Verification typically involves submitting a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the last three months, and in some cases a proof of payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete. RagnaBet aims to review submitted documents within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

9. Intellectual Property

All content on RagnaBet, including logos, graphics, game assets and written material, is the property of RagnaBet or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

RagnaBet is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

RagnaBet may update these Terms from time to time to reflect regulatory changes or operational updates. Continued use of the Site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting active bonuses will be communicated directly to affected players.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any complaint regarding an account, bonus or game outcome should first be raised with RagnaBet’s support team via live chat or email. If a resolution cannot be reached directly, players may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated under RagnaBet’s operating licence, free of charge. RagnaBet aims to resolve all internal complaints within 14 days of receipt.

13. Taxes

Players are responsible for determining whether any winnings are subject to tax in their jurisdiction of residence and for meeting any such obligations independently. RagnaBet does not provide tax advice and does not withhold tax from payouts made to UK residents, in line with current UK gambling tax law for the player.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
